Participants are advised to fly into Beijing Capital International Airport (PEK), which is approximately 35 miles (56 km) from the conference venue and offers extensive international and domestic connections.
Transportation options from the airport to the conference venue or designated hotels include taxis, airport shuttles, and public transportation. Detailed ground transportation arrangements will be provided to invited speakers upon confirmation of their flight details.
Attendees are requested to arrange their own accommodation. For invited speakers, hotel arrangements may be made by the conference organizers in accordance with the conference policy.
International participants are advised to check visa requirements well in advance. Official invitation letters can be issued upon request to support visa applications, where applicable.
